WHO WE ARE
Pragashni (Prags) Pillay

Pragashni (Prags) Pillay, is the Owner and Senior Speech Pathologist at ESP.

Prags is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and a registered member with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

She has 30 years of extensive experience in early intervention, mainstream and specialist educational settings, as well as within private practice.

Prags is highly experienced with children ranging from infants through to teenagers.

Prags began her career, qualifying as a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Education of the Hearing Impaired.

During a stint in the UK working as an Audiologist, Prags decided that her love of children and watching them learn meant she was better suited as a Speech Pathologist. She has not looked back since!

Prags worked for the National Health Service in London, providing Speech Pathology services to children between the ages of 2 to 18 years.

Since moving to Australia, Prags has specialized in Early Intervention, working extensively with children from birth to school age, diagnosed with hearing loss.
​

She began her private practice in 2005.
